Shipping & Returns

1. When can I expect to receive my item, and how much will it cost me?

All orders are dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, within 2 business days of purchase. Please see below the shipping prices, and estimated delivery times for your region. 

UK: £2.99, receipt within 3-5 business days (free shipping for orders over £50)

USA: Up to £25, receipt within 6-7 business days.

EUR: Up to £15, receipt within 3-5 business days.

AUS & NZ: Up to £25, receipt within 6-7 business days.

Please note: Shipping times may vary depending on time of year and any possible delays with courier companies cannot be helped. We appreciate your patience in the event of such circumstances. Please allow up to 10 working days to receive your order at busier times of the year. 

2. Its been over 10 days and I still haven't received my order, what do I do?

Though we dispatch as soon as we can and we use reliable courier companies, issues can occur on occasion. If your package is taking longer than expected, please send us a message via our contact page with your name and order number, or message us via Instagram. We will then investigate the issue with the courier and help to find a solution.

3. What is your returns policy?

If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, we do accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. If you would like to request a return, Please use our returns form at the bottom of the page. We will contact you to arrange the return.

Once we receive your package, we will inspect the item. If the item is returned to us damaged (unless already discussed), worn or in a different condition in which is was sent, we won't be able to offer your refund.

If the goods are in the same condition as when we posted them, we will then issue your refund, which will be refunded to the payment method used when purchasing. Refund processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method.

Returned items are your responsibility until we receive them, so please ensure that the item is packaged carefully so that it cannot be damaged in transit.

If your items are returned to us by mistake, you may have to cover repeat postage costs if you wish to have it sent out again.

If we suspect any unusual activity with returns, such as wearing an item and then returning after use, very large orders and returns, or mismatching returns, we may have to ban and no longer allow the individual to purchase from us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Import Tax

The buyer is responsible for any import tax, if applicable, to be paid upon entry to their country. Failure to pay the tax could result in the item being returned to us, or destroyed.
